Bee Appleseed & Nora Keyes (Los Angeles – psych folk)

Bee Appleseed Chercheur de liberté du 21ème siècle de Portland, Oregon, vivant à Los Angeles. Chanteur, multi-instrumentiste, écrivain, poète, acteur et vagabond chevronné, il a enregistré un petit trésor avant son premier album de juillet 2018, Backpacker Blues, qu'il a écrit pendant trois ans en voyageant et en donnant des concerts dans près de cinquante pays en Europe et en Amérique du Sud. En août 2019, il sort son premier recueil de poésie, "Arriving" et sortira son prochain album, "Starflower's Cosmic Soul" à l'automne sur Baby Robot Records. La musique qu'il fait peut être décrite comme du rock and roll cosmique avec des racines dans la musique folklorique américaine et ses concerts sont comme des expériences psychédéliques, emmenant le public vers de grands sommets et profondeurs, habituellement improvisé ne faisant aucun concert jamais le même, mais rarement les spectacles ne se terminent pas avec tout le monde chantant, applaudissant et dansant ! Bee est un amuseur au cœur léger avec un amour doré pour la route et tous ceux qui sont prêts à partager le voyage. Nora Keyes Nora Keyes est une chanteuse expérimentale, auteur-compositeur, peintre et collaboratrice de longue date de la scène musicale underground de Los Angeles. Elle a développé un style vocal hypnotique unique, plein d'âme, éthéré et non fixé dans cette dimension. Grâce à son travail solo et aux groupes Rococo Jet, The Centimeters et Fancy Space People (en collaboration avec Don Bolles de The Germs, 45 Grave, Ariel Pink, etc), elle a acquis un statut culte local. Son premier album, Mysterium Tremens (sorti le 21 septembre), est un journal sonore à la frontière de la réalité perçue. Frapper sur des thèmes où, synchronicités, de ja vu, rêves mutuels, un sentiment de connexion avec des êtres chers perdus et des visions s'entremêlent. Ses projets ont partagé les scènes avec The Smashing Pumpkins, Love & Rockets, Blixa Bargeld (Einstürzende Neubauten), Ariel Pink, Suicide, David J (Bauhaus), Julia Holter, Quintron, Carla Bozlvitch, Geneva Jacuzzi et The Sweet. Ensemble, Nora et Bee ont démarré une maison de disques pour sortir leur propre album et d'autres qui s'appellent Godyssey Music et se lancent dans une autre tournée européenne avec des sets séparés et une performance improvisée appelée Elf Freedom, qui seront tous enregistrés pour une compilation live sur le label. Les auditoires sont susceptibles de se sentir élevés, connectés et transformés au cours de cette expérience culturelle unique, alors que le couple comble le fossé entre la Californie et le monde à travers des couches de sons cosmiques.
